Our History
Neuro Community Care LLC (NCC) has proudly served the needs of those living with brain injury and other neurological conditions since 2011. During this time, the highly trained NCC professionals have devoted themselves to providing individualized supports in a cost-effective and meaningful way.
Neuro Community Care supports over 500 clients nationwide. The vast experience of the staff allows us the opportunity to support multiple needs in an effort to ensure successful transitions into the client’s communities. Neuro Community Care received their CARF accreditation which provides oversight to the programs and services provided. This assures the clients we serve, that NCC is committed to excellence in practice.
