“It is a privilege to support individuals in defining what independence means to them and then to collaborate with that individual and their team in achieving a more meaningful and independent life. I am deeply fortunate to work with warriors as they better their lives.”

Lukas graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Clark University. He has spent over a decade working with and supporting individuals with I/DD and brain injury diagnoses. Lukas has worked as a Direct Support Professional, an Individual Services Supervisor, and an Assessment Specialist before joining the Neuro Community Care team.

Lukas lives in Durham with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
