Case Manager

Katrina McFarland

“My goal is to improve the quality of life of everyone I work with, and it is an honor to find ways to support and enhance the lives of Warriors and their families throughout the country.”

Katrina earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. After completing her internship at a children’s hospital in Chicago, she became a Board-Certified Music Therapist and worked in several settings including a community living center for Veterans, a state forensic mental health institute, and a jail-based competency restoration program. Katrina’s years of experience working directly with adults who have cognitive, physical, and behavioral challenges inspired her to seek a more macro-approach for support and treatment of clients which made the Case Manager position at NCC a perfect fit.

Originally from Colorado, Katrina and her husband, an Army Veteran, moved to North Carolina in the summer of 2022. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, hiking, and watching a good TV show or movie while snuggled up with their cat.
