Tainesha is a graduate of St. Augustine’s University (formerly college) and Bowie State University with degrees in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, respectively. Tainesha hails from Virginia Beach, VA and has worked in the mental health field for over a decade. Before joining Neuro Community Care, Tainesha worked as a Resident in Counseling providing CBT and Solution Focused therapy to individuals suffering from Anxiety, PTSD and Depression.
