“Doodling”, simple drawing and scribbles is not only fun, but can be good for you. Doodling can relieve stress and anxiety, work our fine motor skills, and help increase sustained mental focus. You don’t have to be an expert artist to not only enjoy doodling, but be able to create some pretty cool art.
All you will need to start is a sketchpad, even copy paper will do, and a black marker (not a wide tip). If you have colored markers, pencils, or crayons, these will add fun later on.
This session will introduce us to a “structure” or guide in developing creative art using learned patterns and process with just a pen and paper.
