NCC NEWS AND UPDATES

With evolving times and changes in service delivery, Neuro Community Care is here for you all during this difficult time. Case managers and Case Coordinators have compiled a vast number of in-home activities and online supports to share with providers and warriors during this time. A short list of COVID-19 related and emergency resources are listed below, but we encourage you to reach out to your case manager or case coordinator at this time for additional resources.

In addition, NCC has developed a webinar series to assist and guide agencies with the transition to virtual Community Support Services. Over the next three weeks we will discuss best practices for facilitating virtual CSS sessions. Provider agencies interested in learning more about this opportunity should contact their Case Manager/Case Coordinator at Neuro Community Care.

We look forward to sharing resources and trainings with you each month. If you have a resource that may be beneficial to all of our agencies, please contact Jenny Abramson at Jabramson@neurocc.com.

TBI / Veteran Related Trainings
**Please note these trainings are aimed at increasing your professional development, but are not required by NCC. Therefore, the registration fee and time spent participating in these external webinars may not be billed to NCC.
