No Barriers Caregivers

No Barriers Family Caregiver Programming focuses on virtual and in-person events, outings, and experiences that will expand a family caregiver’s community, encourage and provide tools for critical and often forgotten self-care, and individual empowerment in order to live a No Barriers life. We also provide Self-Care Kits – made by caregivers for caregivers with some No Barriers Swag. Each month offers different goods by different caregivers so when you buy a kit you not only are taking time and permission to invest in you but giving back to family caregivers to earn an income and find a purpose and vision outside their role of the caregiver!

CSS Refresh: Review of New CSS Training Material

Beginning in June 2021, new CSS will be required to participate in one of our live CSS training sessions. This session will review the ins and outs of the CSS role, the importance of setting boundaries, the goals of the Independence Program, and other important policies and procedures.
