We wanted to keep you informed of service updates from Neuro Community Care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
NCC is very fortunate to partner with a skilled network of providers that are all managing the current pandemic according to state and federal guidelines. Our clinical team will continue to support our clients both virtually and telephonically. We also want to assure you that we are committed to doing as much as we possibly can to assist both our clients and our network of providers during this challenging time.
With evolving times and changes in service delivery, Neuro Community Care has developed a webinar series to assist and guide agencies with the transition to virtual Community Support Services. Over the next three weeks we will discuss best practices for facilitating virtual CSS sessions. We'll start by addressing six themes that focus on: framework for virtual sessions, physical health and wellness, mindfulness and stress reduction, cognitive activities, household roles/home care tasks, and creative arts. Provider agencies interested in learning more about this opportunity should contact their Case Manager/Care Coordinator at Neuro Community Care.
