Rose graduated from The University of Iowa with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation. Rose worked in the field of brain injury and other neurological disorders for over 35 years including inpatient, outpatient, training and research. Rose served as the TBI liaison for providers and consumers in the mental health and substance use disorder realm that included the development and facilitation of a TBI 12 Step/Education group.

Rose is honored and passionate to support individuals in their unique journey to rediscover and create their quality of life after an injury.

Rose lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and enjoys spending time with her adult children. She loves running, exploring new places, anything around water and being outdoors.
