“I enjoy helping people be the best versions of themselves and I am excited for the opportunity to work with the warriors and their loved ones”.

Rachael has worked in the Special Needs community for over 15 years.  While attending East Carolina University, Rachael was able to intern at a local hospital in the TBI Acute Rehab unit. Rachael moved to Raleigh to begin working in a day program setting with individuals with Autism and other special needs. Rachael then became a clinical supervisor for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Prior to coming to NCC, she was a day program director and used her experience in Recreational Therapy to enhance the programs community integration.

Rachael lives in Raleigh with her husband and 2 children.  She enjoys going to local sporting events, hiking and traveling.
