Meredith Lange

Meredith received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.  Upon completion of her Master’s Degree, Meredith worked as a Case Manager for four years in a TBI acute rehabilitation program and as a Neuroscience Coordinator for two years.  She also has provided advocacy and support to a family member who sustained a brain injury. Meredith has been a Collegiate and USA Swim Coach for twenty years and this combined with her brain injury experience has allowed her the ability to assist individuals with setting their goals and developing a path to success.
