Rose graduated from The University of Iowa with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation. Rose has worked in the field of brain injury rehabilitation for over 20 years. Before joining the Neuro Community Care team, Rose worked in research with TBI Project STAR at Carolinas Rehabilitation.  Most recently, Rose was the TBI liaison for mental health (MH) and substance abuse (SA) providers Rose collaborated with the MH/SA providers to provide assistance and support for their consumers with brain injury. Rose conducts TBI trainings through workshops and conferences to enhance awareness and educate professionals on the needs associated with TBI. Rose helped develop and facilitate a TBI 12- Step Recovery/Education group for individuals with brain injury as an additional support in their substance use recovery.

Rose also enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She enjoys running, playing tennis, and reading.
